How long have you been a member of Fit Chick Express and what brought you here?  I was first a member in 2011 for 3 years then had to stop because of a change in my work but was able to join again this past December. I’m so happy to be back!! And people remembered me from the previous time I spent at FCE!

What has been your greatest accomplishment since becoming a member of FCE?  Improved strength and energy level! I can fit into clothes that I wasn’t able to in a while!

 What keeps you motivated? What obstacles have you had to overcome? My motivation comes from how FCE makes me feel when I do it consistently-healthy, happy and energized (and that good kind of sore!). My main obstacle is finding the time to fit it in with work and home life, that is why the 30 min. workouts are so perfect!

What is your favorite part of FCE? The workouts, the variety of workouts/exercises we do and of course the amazing wonderful fun group of ladies!!! I may not be the most vocal but I love the supportive, fun, non judgmental atmosphere! OH…and I love Angie who pushes us and keeps us accountable…she knows when you haven’t been there and calls you out!

What advice would you offer to newbies?  Keep with it, do what you can and enjoy the women that are surrounding you while working out!

In one sentence, how would you describe your experience at FCE? My experience at FCE has been so much FUN! It is the one program that has kept me motivated by giving me results, a community of support and has kept me healthy and happy! Thanks Fit Chick!

How long have you been a member of Fit Chick Express and what brought you here?  I joined Fit Chick Express in August 2016 – the idea of a 30 minute workout with all female friends really appealed to me so I gave it a try!

What has been your greatest accomplishment since becoming a member of FCE?  My greatest accomplishment is making a new community of fun friends and the self discipline to get out of bed each morning at 5:30 am to do something healthy for myself!

 What keeps you motivated? What obstacles have you had to overcome? Knowing that my friends are counting on me to show up is my biggest motivation. My biggest obstacle is the snooze button!

What is your favorite part of FCE? Laughing and getting fit!

What advice would you offer to newbies?  Commit yourself to coming at least 3 days a week – the people and the atmosphere will make you want to keep coming back!

In one sentence, how would you describe your experience at FCE? My experience has been wonderful – no pressure, no judgement, no stress – just a relaxed atmosphere to work out and be healthy!

How long have you been a member of Fit Chick Express and what brought you here?  I have been at Fit Chick for 3 months. I was referred by Jodi Hall. She kept telling me how awesome it was and how great the people were so I had to check it out. What did I have to lose with the free two week trial?!?!

What has been your greatest accomplishment since becoming a member of FCE?  My biggest accomplishment has been showing up for the 6am classes. Morning workouts were never my thing in the past because it was hard to get motivated that early but I don’t have that problem anymore because all of the other fun awesome ladies doing class with me.

What keeps you motivated? What obstacles have you had to overcome? Trying to better myself and staying in shape for my health. What obstacles have you had to overcome? My biggest obstacle was finding balance with getting my workouts in with 3 kids and a husband that is gone to work for a month at a time.

What is your favorite part of FCE? My favorite part by far is the women who go there but my second favorite part is the 30 min workouts because we are all busy and anyone can squeeze in 30 mins.

What advice would you offer to newbies?  Get to know people because it makes working out so much fun! Also try all the classes!

In one sentence, how would you describe your experience at FCE? My experience at Fit Chick has been awesome because it makes working out FUN!

Maggie Anderson

How long have you been a member of Fit Chick Express and what brought you here? My friend Alison brought me here last fall.

What has been your greatest accomplishment since becoming a member of FCE? Cardio has always been my weakness. So, getting fit on that level has been a contributor to lowering my blood pressure.

What is your favorite part of FCE? I love the short and sweet structure and the great enthusiasm from the other chicks!

What advice would you offer to newbies?  My advise. Come often, work hard but be kind to yourself. Make it fun!

In one sentence, how would you describe your experience at FCE.  Fit Chicks is an amazing place. It has become part of my routine. I love the camaraderie of the woman and the coaching I get from my trainers.

Chris Bayon

How long have you been a member of Fit Chick Express and what brought you here? I’ve been a Fit Chick member for 3 years and was brought by a referral from my friend, Kelly Wyjad.

What has been your greatest accomplishment since becoming a member of FCE? My greatest accomplishment has been getting my strength back and my body feeling 10 years younger.

What keeps you motivated? What obstacles have you had to overcome? Everyone needs a motivator in their life like Angie and I’m blessed she is a part of mine!  She keeps me motivated! My biggest obstacle is the inability to have a set schedule due to travel for work.

I’ve been known to be a challenge drop out in the past so I’ve come into 2017 with a new thinking that it’s not all black and white.  There can be some grey area so long as you keep going.

What is your favorite part of FCE? My favorite part of FCE is the challenge of the boot camp workouts and the ability to keep pushing yourself.  I’m never bored.

What advice would you offer to newbies?  The quote I’ve embraced for 2017 is “Fall down 7 times, stand up 8”.

Set small goals that you can obtain weekly, they are small wins that become bigger wins overtime.

In one sentence, how would you describe your experience at FCE.  Fit Chick is the best workout regime I’ve added into my life and I couldn’t imagine life without it.

Dee Thompson

How long have you been a member of Fit Chick Express and what brought you here? How long have you been a member of Fit Chick Express and what brought you here? —I joined in October 2016. I was looking for a place to do Kickboxing and essentially knew I would come here instead of another place because it was close to my home.

What has been your greatest accomplishment since becoming a member of FCE? I am strengthening my upper body more everyday.

What keeps you motivated? What obstacles have you had to overcome? The camaraderie keeps me motivated. Making myself go to classes, even when I’m exhausted is a big obstacle, but I’ve learned that I will be energized and feel better afterwards.

What is your favorite part of FCE? The laughter that pushes us all through the end of classes! There are many fun and humorous women at FCE and I’m doing great things for my body and health!

What advice would you offer to newbies?  Keep going and ask for help if you need it!!!
