 At Fit Chick Express, we are passionate about helping women achieve their fitness goals. Fit Chick Express is NOT a gym; we are a fitness studio who provides many varieties of workouts just for women of every size, age and fitness level!  With busy lives leaving a limited amount of time for exercise, we’ve developed a simple workout program that engages women in different ways each day, keeping their bodies guessing.  Our approach to fitness and healthy living makes women stronger, leaner, and more flexible, while giving them the energy to be more effective in their daily lives.

Fit Chick Express is a community of amazing women, working together and supporting each other, not just through their tough workouts, but through their struggles in life as well.
