I didn’t become disciplined, I practiced discipline to become who I am today… 🤩

When you’re disciplined, you stick to your plan, even on those hard days. This consistency is a game-changer on your journey to a healthier, more balanced hormonal body or when it comes to anything in life! 🌈
When you consistently make healthy choices or take steps that move you closer to that goal, day in and day out, DESPITE how you feel, you’ll notice positive changes in your body and mind. This boosts your self-confidence and self-esteem, reinforcing your commitment to your goals. 🌟
When you are disciplined, you plan things out and manage your time better, which makes you more efficient and productive. ⏰
And if life throws you a curveball, as it sometimes does, you will be able to bounce back and use those opportunities for growth, not a reason to quit. 💪
If I had quit every time there was a problem or things were “too hard” when it came to my business, I would have given up years ago. The same goes for my health. When I was sick from mold exposure and felt like death, I could have easily thrown in the towel, but I didn’t. 🙅‍♀️
My motto has, and always will be: “There is no other option than to succeed” –And that has carried me through some of the worst times in my life but has brought me to where I am today. 🌟
