How long have you been a member of Fit Chick Express and what brought you here? I have been coming to Fit Chicks for 3 years. I met Angie at an event and signed up for her newsletter. I received her newsletter for over a year and finally took her up on a free two week trial.

What has been your greatest accomplishment since becoming a member of FCE? I finally felt good enough to be in my family pictures! I sent one to EVERYONE I knew and even had them framed and put up around our house! It is a reminder of how hard I worked to get to that “comfortable” place.

What keeps you motivated? What obstacles have you had to overcome? I have had many injuries, but love that the Fit Chicks team is so open to modifying workouts and it keeps me motivated to not give up.

What is your favorite part of FCE? My favorite part of Fit Chicks Express is knowing that I’m going to get a great workout in a short time! My time is very valuable and I need every minute to count! In 30 minutes I feel strong and confident when I leave! An added bonus…If you haven’t been for a while Angie will call you out! Funny thing is you’ll be back the next day ready to jump back in!!

What advice would you offer to newbies?  Try everything Fit Chick has to offer! You won’t be disappointed!

In one sentence, how would you describe your experience at FCE.  Fit Chick Express has given me a place to feel confident about myself and my body. I enjoy the other women that work out with me and feel motivated to continue my journey to being fit!

How long have you been a member of Fit Chick Express and what brought you here? I started coming this past summer.  I have seen other members successfully building their strength and becoming more fit.  Ann Noble encouraged me to begin coming.

What has been your greatest accomplishment since becoming a member of FCE? I have an increased energy level and confidence in persevering when feeling challenged.

What keeps you motivated? What obstacles have you had to overcome? Being around other women who are dedicated to bettering themselves has motivated me. It is always difficult for me to make time for myself.

What is your favorite part of FCE? I enjoy the people, especially the trainers.

What advice would you offer to newbies?  Even if you can only dedicate a couple of days a week to be at FCE it is well worth the time.

In one sentence how would you describe your experience at FCE.  I am encouraged and energized every time I come to FCE.

How long have you been a member of Fit Chick Express and what brought you here? I’ve been a member at Fit Chick for a little more than 2 years. I found Fit Chick because I was looking for a place that would be a place that felt comfortable to workout at and I would want to keep going. I don’t like the big athletic clubs that feel so impersonal. Fit Chick felt like a good fit from the beginning, I enjoy working out and feel supported and encouraged in my health and fitness.

What has been your greatest accomplishment since becoming a member of FCE? I have 4 active kids and I feel like my greatest accomplishment is being able to keep up with them. I can head out on a hike with them, bike rides and just running around with them.

What keeps you motivated? What obstacles have you had to overcome? I feel like I stay motivated because every time I put myself and my health first I recognize how much better I feel and how all those other things in my busy life will get done and I feel better when doing them. My biggest obstacle is myself! I was never one to exercise and exercising has never become a real habit in my life. I figure it’s never too late to make a change in your life and FCE is helping me make that change!

What is your favorite part of FCE? What advice would you offer to newbies?  All the lovely people. Everyone is so wonderful, kind and supportive!

In one sentence how would you describe your experience at FCE.  FCE is fantastic and I am so happy that I found such a fun and supportive place!

How long have you been a member of Fit Chick Express and what brought you here? January 2016. I did a boot camp in Chicago for 2 and half years and really loved it. I was looking for something similar and came across Fit Chick. It was right up alley. Also, since moving to Colorado three years ago, I sort of got off my exercise routine. It was about time I got back on! I knew Fit Chick could help me do that.

What has been your greatest accomplishment since becoming a member of FCE? Feeling stronger, not dying every time I work out, oh, and losing 10 pounds!!! Overall, it’s feeling good about myself and my fitness level.

What keeps you motivated? What obstacles have you had to overcome? A morning workout is the way I like to start my day. It makes feel awake and accomplished all before 7am. I’m motivated to keep that a part of my daily routine. Feeling good, healthy and fit keeps me motivated as well. The obstacles I face are the workouts themselves. It’s pushing myself every time to keep going, to hang in there. I try to keep in mind that it’s not supposed to feel good! It’s gonna hurt! But that’s the only way to get stronger in every way.

What is your favorite part of FCE? All you hilarious ladies! Hearing your stories and jokes makes me laugh and keeps things fun. I love how we all can do this together. I might not be close friends with everyone, but I know we’re all in this together and we have each other’s back. It’s a great support.

What advice would you offer to newbies?  We’re all in this together. If you think it’s hard? Guess what? It’s hard for ALL OF US. Just hang in there, try your hardest every day and do what you can do. There is absolutely no judging at FCE.

In one sentence how would you describe your experience at FCE.  My experience at FCE has been positive, motivating, fun, challenging and just what I needed to start exercising again and getting healthy. It has been the push I needed.

How long have you been a member of Fit Chick Express and what brought you here? I started with personal training at Fit Chick Express two years ago in September since I knew I needed more than a diet change to lose weight, keep it off, and become healthier. I started attending bootcamp in November 2014.

What has been your greatest accomplishment since becoming a member of FCE? It is definitely feeling and looking better at 60 than I did at 50!

What keeps you motivated? What obstacles have you had to overcome? Since losing 20 lbs after joining, I got rid of all my larger clothes. No way do I want to go back to have 3 different sizes of clothes in my closet necessary for weight fluctuations. I’m motivated to continue getting stronger and leaner.

What is your favorite part of FCE? My major obstacle has been the multiple surgeries over my lifetime; the latest September 2015 for a torn rotator cuff. It’s been a long rehab and healing process. That affects how hard and how much I can do on any given day.

 What advice would you offer to newbies?  It’s hard to pick just one favorite! Knowledgeable staff that deals with all the modifications necessary due to previous injuries. The variety of classes offered. All the wonderful and supportive members of FCE and the Facebook community. Lately I’ve been relying on the nutritional support for an overall fitness approach included in membership.

In one sentence how would you describe your experience at FCE.  Make a commitment to start, then come and just do what you can! Everyone has been in your shoes and you’ll find only support and encouragement at FCE!

How long have you been a member of Fit Chick Express and what brought you here? I have been a member of Fit Chick for less than a year.

What keeps you motivated? What obstacles have you had to overcome? I love knowing that it will be a different, challenging workout every time I go! My biggest challenge is listening to my body and knowing that there are some things I just shouldn’t do.

 What is your favorite part of FCE?  I like the format of a half hour of hard work in the boot camps. It’s quick but effective. I also love the constant instruction and guidance from Angie. I feel like I have a personal trainer while I’m working out to tell me if I’m doing something wrong or offer advice for better form or intensity. I also love the variety of different work outs.

 What advice would you offer to newbies? Try it out! It’s a great group of women who provide a supportive atmosphere.

In one sentence how would you describe your experience at FCE.  Supportive, tough, rewarding and fun!
