WELCOME TO THE HORMONE REBOOT CHALLENGE!

 

For 30 days, you will be focused on eating to balance out your hormones, heal up any gut issues, and working on getting your body back!

Stress and unregulated blood sugar are two of the most important things that affect your hormones. We will be working on having a healthy balance of macronutrients – proteins, fats, and carbs (although the level of carbs you might need may be very different from another person!)

We will focus on the BEST macronutrients for our body!    What are the best FATS?    What are the best CARBS?

We will also focus on some form of self-care – meditation and/or journaling. Why? Because each of these practices reduces stress. Stress impacts cortisol levels. Cortisol impacts belly fat, and can “steal” from your estrogen and progesterone.

 
And we will be eating to support the healthiest forms of estrogen in our body. Certain foods help us break down the more dangerous forms of estrogen to the safer forms of this hormone.
 

There may be things you just don’t want to do in this challenge and that’s fine. Then I guarantee you won’t get the results you are looking for.

If you are REALLY in a place where you feel like you are struggling and have tried everything else, then you should be open and willing to try just about anything!

We understand that there are things you just do not want to give up. BUT, if you were to find that THEY were the things that were keeping you 10, 20, 30 pounds overweight, would you THEN be willing to give them up?

And you won’t have to give it up forever, it’s just to see if it is the ONE thing that is keeping you from feeling AMAZING and getting YOUR body back under control.

After the challenge is over, it will be YOUR choice to add certain things back into your nutrition lifestyle—-and that is our focus, to help YOU find the nutrition plan that not only works for you but one that you are able to maintain WHILE losing weight!
