How long have you been a member of Fit Chick Express and what brought you here? I started my trial in April but officially since May. I’ve been asking Angie questions about FCE for two? years now. After having blood work done, realized I needed to make some serious changes with my health and FINALLY set up my free trial. I’ve been a member of so many gyms but after the first couple of months, stopped going because I always felt uncomfortable or judged.
What has been your greatest accomplishment since becoming a member of FCE? This is the first workout routine that I’ve actually STUCK with for more than a few weeks and doing exercises that I never thought I would be able to do.
What keeps you motivated? What obstacles have you had to overcome? The great thing about FCE is that everyone is there to support each other. We may whine and gripe during the exercises, but I honestly feel that each one of us wants to see each other succeed. Also, watching my body change and getting stronger has been awesome! I still struggle with actually getting there some days because I’m too tired or in a bad mood but I know once I’m there, my mood will immediately get better.
What is your favorite part of FCE? I really like that the workouts change each day and the community. I feel really supported here.
What advice would you offer to newbies? Try it out. It may seem intimidating at first but everyone is there for the same reason, to get healthier!
In one sentence, how would you describe your experience at FCE? My experience so far has been tough but fun and I’m so grateful I finally came in!
