We finished up our 8 week Burn That Booty Challenge in mid December. I cannot even begin to tell you how impressed I was with all the ladies in this challenge. In just 8 weeks, these ladies did such an amazing job!! 9 of the ladies lost 10 pounds or more! Below are our top 3 “losers”!! Way to go girls!!
Congrats to Brenda! She got 1st place with 17.5 lbs lost, 5% body fat and almost 12 inches!
Congrats to Stephanie! She won 2nd place and lost 15 lbs, 4% body fat and 11 inches!
Congrats to Erin! She won 3rd place with 14lbs lost, 1.2% body fat and 8.5 inches.
During this challenge we also had the chance to gain points, that allowed us to work harder and compete against other teams. The winning team was “Kiss My Kettles”! Congrats to them!!
We also celebrated our Holiday Party this past weekend, which was so much fun! It’s always a great time to get to relax and just hang out with my girls instead of always having them work! 😉

At Home Challenge Sign Up
Fall is the toughest time of the year to keep those tasty treats out of our hands and keep the inches and weight from creeping up. So why not join a challenge and start out the New Year fitter than last year??!!
Dates: Challenge begins October 2oth and goes for 8 weeks until December 13th.
*We will have a Pre-challenge Meeting on Monday, the 20th. Measurements and pictures to start at 5:00pm and meeting begins at 6pm. There will be sign up sheet for measurements and pictures so that you are all not waiting. 🙂
Fees: $35 per person with only 20 spots! No exceptions
**You will need to be a member of Fit Chick Express to join.
- There will be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner based on total body fat, weight and inches lost during this challenge! (prizes to be announced)
- We will also have a team prize for the team with the most points at the end of the challenge.
The first first 4 weeks of the challenge will be based on nutrition and Bobbie will be in charge of this. She will be setting up weekly nutrition group meetings which you will gain points from attending 2 out of the 4, along with individual points for specific goals related to nutrition through the first 4 weeks. The specific nutritional focus will be to cut down on grain carbs, increase vegetable intake, and to eat protein with every meal and snack.
The last 4 weeks of the challenge will be based on Nutrition PLUS Activity!! This is where we will be adding in extra workouts and cardio.
Each challenger will be receiving a”goody bag” and a water bottle at the beginning of their challenge.
