 How long have you been a member of Fit Chick Express and what brought you here? I have been a member for about 2 years. My lovely friend Fran Wahl told me about it and kept describing what a great workout it was and that there were people to help guide you through a nice short, but intensive workout. I liked that idea!

What has been your greatest accomplishment since becoming a member of FCE? My greatest accomplishment has been sticking with it….and being a member helped me lose 10 pounds that I had gained while in Italy for 4 months last summer.

What keeps you motivated? What obstacles have you had to overcome? I am motivated by the fact that it is easy to get to Fit Chick and I know the workout will go by quickly. My main obstacle is to get moving when it is cold outside!

What is you favorite part of FCE? My favorite part is that the workouts are only 30 minutes and that they are always different. This helps keep the interest level up for me.

What advice would you offer to newbies? I would encourage a new person to do the 2 week trial to see if this type of workout will align with their schedule and goals for exercise. The two week free trial really helped me go ahead and try it and discover that I would probably like it before I made a commitment.

In one sentence how would you describe your experience at FCE? My experience at FCE has been very positive and I am pleased at how I have gotten stronger and maintained muscle mass.
