FREE Introduction to SUP Yoga Workshop

  • Want to know what all the buzz is around one of the newest ways to get on your mat?
  • Here is your chance to come sample a FREE SUP yoga class indoors on land.

Join Dawn Wildes of Growing Branches Yoga on Sunday, May 22 at 3:00-­4:15 at Fit Chick Express for an introduction to a SUP yoga class along with a short Q & A forum afterwards. She will bring a Kona inflatable board and paddle for you to check out too.

The class will cover:

­Board basics

Short instruction on paddle strokes

­SUP Yoga pose introduction

­45 minute yoga flow mimicking a SUP yoga class

This class is FREE​ and open to all levels of yogis and paddlers both male & female!

There will be great giveaways from Rocky Mountain Paddleboard and Growing Branches Yoga.

Dawn Wildes has her 200 hour yoga certification focusing on vinyasa style yoga with an emphasis on alignment and adjustments. She is also certified in kids yoga. Additionally, Dawn has her SUP Yoga certification and offers Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga classes at Union Reservoir through Rocky Mountain Paddleboard.
