You gotta get up and MOVE!!!

This time of the year it’s always hard to keep moving and in a good way! Not only does it get cold out (at least around here) which makes it less likely for you to get outside and be active, but we get so busy with the holidays, we forget to take time for ourselves.

On Tuesdays, it’s my day to sit and get all my computer work done. I could very easily sit here for hours and hours with out getting up to move, BUT I don’t, I plan for every Tuesday at 11 and 5pm to do something. Today I started out with some INSANITY warm up, followed by some intervals on the treadmill. Now If I didn’t plan it in there, I know I wouldn’t do it. Not only does it get me up and moving, but it helps me to work better. A nice 30 min break every now and then is a GOOD thing and keeps your brain fresh!

It was good and I got nice and sweaty. 🙂
