Update on Thrive Market

Here is my original post about Thrive Market.

I have since received my first order and forgot to enter the 15% off code, so didn’t get it. Boo. 🙁 STILL this was a STEAL compared to what it would have cost me if I had ordered the same things through my Amazon Prime account.

The products all came in great condition, packed well and quick! The one thing that I was disappointed in was that the Coconut Butter was not coconut “butter” but coconut oil. It was labeled as coconut oil so I ordered it. Boy was I surprised when I went to take a big old bite! Yuck! Coconut oil and Coconut Butter  are SO not the same thing!!

                                                                    Thrive Price          Amazon Prime Price

Great Lakes Gelatin Porcine Gelatin           13.45                              18.99

Once Again Organic Sesame Tahini(16oz)  6.95                              25.49 (no prime options)

Nutiva Organic Coconut butter  (15oz)        8.45                              14.74

Nutiva Organic Black Chia Seeds  (12oz)     9.45                              15.99

                           TOTALS with Shipping      45.25                          75.21

                                                                             ***Savings of 29.96

My guess is that it will be different for different products, but all in all, I think its still a good deal as much of an online shopper I am. If I pay the $59.95 each year, (I pay a Amazing Prime member fee of $99!!) I guess I would probably place about 6 orders year, so it would end up being about 9.99 each month on top of what I am paying.

If you are interested here are the details again…

*30 Day Trial and 15% off your first order.

*59.95 each year membership. Can cancel at anytime.

*Order $49 or more, you get free shipping.

If you want to give it a try, here is the link to the website for you to check it out and see if it would be worth the try for your own home!
