Total body workout for you!! If you have weights, you can use them! If not, this totally works as a great bodyweight workout too!

2 Options for this workout, either Timed 30/10’s or 12-15 Reps, but either way, you will do 3 rounds.

If you use weights, make sure to track them so that you can up that weight as you get stronger!
