Hey there, my name is Angie Marone and I am the owner of a women’s fitness studio in Colorado since 2008 and have worked with 100’s of women in that time.
Since 2010, I have been experiencing my own form of hormonal chaos as I transitioned from perimenopause into menopause.
It has been due to that frustrating experience, with little to no direction, that it became my own passion to help other woman make it through this hormonal transition with much more ease.
No one teaches us that it’s the there is a hormonal transition that will be happening starting in your late 30’s up until your mid 50’s.
So when our lives start to go “crazy” we feel confused and are most often give the option of hormonal birth control or anxiety meds, which leave us feeling even worse!
It is MY goal to let women know that they are NOT alone and then to be here to guide them through this time of chaos, teaching them the skills to make the transition one of hormonal harmony.
