Youth Boot Camp ~ Strength, Mobility & Conditioning

Our goal is to help YOUR child, MOVE better, FEEL stronger and IMPROVE their Athletic Performance! 

 

YOUTH BOOT CAMP DETAILS: 

 

Length – 6 Weeks

JUNE 24TH- JULY 26TH

Ages – 15 -18 yrs of age

Gender – ALL

Class Times – 12:30-1:30 M-W-F

15 Classes total

$22/ Session – All 14 Classes – $330

$25/ Session – 10 Classes – $250 

 

*Multiple Family Member Discount (ask for details)

We will need a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 signed up to run the camp. 

 

We will focus on all of the following in each class: 

*Proper warm-up before movement – Foam Rolling

*Mobility work to keep bodies moving correctly

*Conditioning, Strength and Functional Movement workouts

*Cool down and proper stretching
