Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio Kickboxing – is an effective cardiovascular workout that blends martial arts techniques with dance elements and basic calisthenics to leave you sweating and feeling like you could take on the world all at once.

This high-energy cardio format is a great workout for both beginners and elite athletes alike. Let’s learn how to get started with kickboxing so you can start jabbing, punching, and kicking your way to a fun new workout.

Reb3l Groove

REB3L Groove is a high energy dance workout that is fun, sassy and unapologetic!

The choreography uses full-range, powerful movements that will maximize your burn.

All fitness levels are welcome and no dance experience is needed.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga: In this Vinyasa Flow class you will synchronize breath with movement.; stretch, move and breathe with the poses.

Students will focus on linking conscious breath with mindful movements, getting in touch with the mind-body connection.

In a Vinyasa class, students awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun atmosphere. 

Step and Strength

Our step and strength class is a full-body workout that combines cardiovascular exercise with strength training. It is suitable for women of all ages and fitness levels, offering modifications to accommodate different abilities.

The cardiovascular portion of the class involves stepping up and down on a step. 

In addition to the step aerobics portion, the class incorporates strength training exercises using dumbbells or resistance bands. These exercises target major muscle groups, including the arms, shoulders, back, chest, and core.

With its combination of cardiovascular exercise and strength training, a step and strength class provides a well-rounded workout that can improve overall fitness, endurance, and body composition for women of all ages and fitness levels.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a low-impact workout focused on strengthening your core, improving posture, and increasing flexibility.

Using controlled movements and bodyweight exercises performed on a mat, the class targets the abs, back, hips, and glutes while also improving balance and stability.

Movements are slow and intentional, making it a great option for building strength, preventing injury, and supporting overall functional fitness. Exercises can be modified to suit different fitness levels.

Yoga & Strength Fusion

Yoga & Strength Fusion™, a signature class that pairs intentional yoga sequencing with bodyweight, resistance bands, and light dumbbells to build strength, mobility, and confidence.
