Today we are taking a break from the cardio and doing a total body workout with just your body. It will get your heart rate up so there will be some cardio benefit to this workout as well!
Today’s Twisted Challenge is a Pyramid Workout. Start at the top and work your way down. Depending on how long it takes you, can work your way back up to get an even better workout! I also did a video at the bottom of the exercises in case you are unsure of what they are.
