Summer Cardio Challenge

Cardio is not only good for you heart, but it helps to burn off those thunder thighs, get rid of belly fat and tighten all those jiggly booties!

πŸ‘‰This Cardio challenge begins on July 1st and goes until July 31st! 

πŸ‘‰ We will have a private FB group where I will post extra support and cardio workouts you can do at home. If you are not on FB, no worries, you will still have access to the information via email. 

πŸ‘‰There will be two categories for you to track and be eligible to win some prizes at the end. 

  • Most Mileage tracked over the 31 days! (things that count towards for running, hiking, biking and walking)
  • Most Cardio activities tracked in 31 days! (things that count towards this are cardio classes- Kickboxing, Rhythmic Cardio, HIIT workouts, swimming, cardio videos)

CHALLENGE RULES…

  1. Using Runkeeper and tracking your activities is required for proof. You will also need to friend me so that I can see your activities. You can enter these manually or with GPS tracking in Runkeeper
  2. You will need to post your total mileage and/or activities PER day in our online spreadsheet. Only 1 cardio tracked per day. You can do this daily or at the end of each week. Some activities you will not be able to log mileage for, but can put them in as an activity in Runkeeper.
    1. Minimum of 1.5 miles to be counted as an activity.
    2. Any form of cardio must be a minimum of 15 minutes to be counted as an activity.
