Relaxation and Meditation.. HUH???

Those words don’t ring well to my ears. I do not have the personality that slows down, as you might have already read in this post.  But its something I NEED to learn how to do. It’s good for me.. ( I am trying to convince myself of this. 😉 ) Actually, I know it’s good for me, but its hard for me to just DO IT!

So I am looking for accountability. Just like others need workout accountability, I need relaxation accountability. Crazy huh?

So, just like a strength training program, the longer you stick with it, the stronger and bigger your muscle become, and you can eventually lift some pretty heavy weights. The longer you meditate, the stronger your meditation muscles become, and the more stress you can cope with without jacking up your adrenals.

I like the comparison to lifting weights, since that is the one thing that I LOVE to do! And my adrenals.. yea, they could definitely use some help.

My goal is to complete this 21 day meditation series over the next 30 days. I am looking for others who would like to join me! It’s completely FREE!
