This is our first challenge where we will have both Fit Chick Express members AND Women.Live.Fit Members doing this challenge together!

Operation Winter Shred Details:
This challenge will go for 8 weeks, starting March 16th until May 10th. (Final weigh in week of May 10th)
Weigh in for Fit Chick Members will be Monday March 16th.
Weigh in due for Women.Live.Fit members will be DUE by Friday, March 20th. Emailed to me at angie@fitchickexpress.com
Before/After Pictures – you will have two outfits you will need to bring and wear for your pictures (or send via email for WLF members). 1st – Summer Outfit you want to ROCK this summer!! 2nd – Sports bra and tight workout shorts or pants.
Fit Chick Express Members will be divided into FB support groups, based on their normal class times. Instead of doing a team challenge, we will be doing an individual challenge in each group. Women.Live.Fit Members will be put into one FB group and will also do the individual challenge in that group.
Points! We will have a point system that will help to not only keep you accountable, but also help you to push even harder with the goals given throughout the challenge. Below is a sample of our last challenges categories. Some might be the same, some might NOT! 😉
1st 4 weeks of Operation Winter Shred will be focused on nutrition! Bobbie Covert, our nutritionist, will be supplying great challenges, dietary rules, etc to help you shred that winter layer!
2nd 4 weeks of Operation Winter Shred will be focused on upping your workout game! Adding in extra workouts, extra cardio and pushing yourself to new limits!
Fees will be $35 per person.

FIT CHICK EXPRESS CHALLENGERS
- We will be meeting at 6pm On Monday, March 16th for the mtg. This is where you will ask questions if you have them.
- We have a sign up sheet for you to do your measurements and take your pictures and some will do before the mtg and some will do after so that you do not have to wait all night long. PLEASE SHOW UP 10 minutes prior to your time in case we are moving quicker than planned.
- PICTURES⇒You will need to bring 2 changes of clothing
- 1st – An Outfit you want to ROCK this summer
- 2nd – sports bra or very tight fitting tank top and biker shorts or tight fitting yoga pants.
- You will be added to the main challenge group and then divided into smaller groups depending on the classes you attend.
- We will have the same point system as other challenges, but this time the winner of the points will be individually based.
- We will also have winners who have the most losses at the end of the challenge. Prizes to be announced.
WOMEN.LIVE.FIT CHALLENGERS (ONLINE)
- We will video tape our challenge meeting and share with you online.
- I will need for you to take your before pictures (front, back and left side) and for you to do your own measurements (chest, belly button, hips (largest part of your butt), thighs and biceps. The diagram at the left shows where they should be taken from. You will use this calculator to determine your body fat. It won’t be as accurate as the Omron but will give us an idea of how it changes during the challenge. Use your belly button measurement for waist.
