It’s time to do something DIFFERENT! 

This year, let’s finish 2018 strong, healthy and feeling GREAT! 

You may be asking HOW??

By being held accountable by me! 

 

Starting Monday, November 26th through Jan 1st 

 

➡There will be workouts emailed to you periodically throughout the week for you to do and reply back that you have done them. *Great for traveling over the holidays- most will be body weight so that you can do them anywhere! 

➡I will be sharing some Healthy Holiday options for your parties and get together!

➡I will be offering up some mindset tips to help get you through the stressful times of the holidays!

➡You will be eating to feel good, energized and healthy, not the alternative–you know, feeling lethargic, bloated and sad. Instead, you will learn to listen to signs your body give you about the foods you eat. It’s all about #moderation over the holidays! 😉 *Meal ideas and plans will be emailed to if you start to feel stuck!

➡I will be checking in with you to see how you are doing, especially if you are not checking in with me or posting in the group. *That’s the BEST part of being held accountable!
