- What has been your greatest accomplishment since becoming a member of FCE? My greatest accomplishment has been learning to take some time for myself and to be willing to spend some $ on my wellbeing. I also climbed most of Longs Peak last summer (it was really windy at the top!)
- How long have you been a member of Fit Chick Express and what brought you here? I joined FCE last March. I was looking for a way to stay in shape and burn some energy during the winter months. Basically my goal was to keep my head in check as well as my body.
- What keeps you motivated? What obstacles have you had to overcome? The great feeling I get after working out consistently keeps me motivated. My constantly shifting schedule is the most challenging part.
- What is your favorite part of FCE? I love to shake it in Zumba, it’s fun and a good work out. I also like that the workouts are challenging but short so I feel like I get a lot of value for the money and time put in.
- What advice would you offer to newbies? Take advantage of the 2 week trail and try all the classes to see what you like!
- In one sentence how would you describe your experience at FCE? My experience has been rewarding, fun and motivates me to keep pushing harder.
