The event starts at 7:30 and kicks off with our Cardio Kickboxing class! Followed by our infamous (and the reason FCE exists) Boot camp class at 8:30. Then join us for one of our newest additions, Power Core at 9:30. Dance away all your weekend worries with our Rhythmic Cardio at 10:30, then finish off your morning with some Martial Arts Kickboxing!
In between classes you will have the opportunity to visit with our AMAZING vendors and get entered to win some AMAZING prizes!
