At Fit Chick Express, safety is first and foremost important to us!
Due to safety reasons, we set minimum age limits on specific classes. You will find those listed below.
NO CHILD UNDER THE AGE 16 IS ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF OUR GROUP CLASSES. THEY ARE ABLE TO SIGN UP FOR PRIVATE TRAINING SESSION OR OUR CHILDREN’S GROUP CLASSES THAT WE OFFER IN THE SUMMER.
BOOTCAMP – NO child under the age of 16 will be allowed to attend any of our Boot Camp classes. Children between the ages of 16-18 will not be allowed to attend boot camp classes without first attending 3 Private Training Sessions with one of our trainers so that they can be evaluated on proper form and knowledge of movement so that we can keep them safe from injury in our boot camp class. In those training sessions, we will be able to determine if they are able to attend our classes and if so, which exercises they will be able to do without individual guidance in each and every class.
SPECIALTY CLASSES – If a child under the age of 18 would like to attend Kickboxing, Rhythmic Cardio or Power Core, they will need to attend with a parent in each class until the instructor feels they are able to attend on their own.
Any child under the age of 18, MUST have a parent sign an individual waiver for them. After the age of 18, they will be asked to sign their own waiver.
