BURPEE BREAKDOWN CHALLENGE

Learn proper form and correct muscle engagement to not only be able to perform burpees with much more ease but with amazing form!

Welcome to the #BurpeeBreakdown Challenge!

This #BurpeeBreakdown Challenge is a way for you to not only learn to love and appreciate all burpees can do for you but to also learn how to challenge yourself and focus on form over speed.

For 28 days, you will have a breakdown of all of the moves that make up a burpee — Frog Squats, Squat Thrusts, Push Ups and Squat Jumps.

Each day you will be adding on each of the movements until you have completed a full burpee! Then we will build up reps with each move each week, slowly gaining strength and again focusing on form for each movement.
