The Owner, Angie Marone

Angie Marone is a Certified Fitness Professional who started up her own fitness business back in 2007 working with clients on a one-on-one basis. She then put together the Fit Chick Express Program as a way to help as many women as possible and provide them with quick and effective ways to lose weight and feel great about themselves. 

Fit Chick Express began with 5 ladies in a park back in 2008 and we are still going strong!

Her passion for fitness goes way back to when she was in high school and has been with her ever since and she loves being a role model for women and helping them make healthy lifestyle choices.

She has also put together a Workout DVD back in 2010!

Kim Pridemore

Office Assistant

As a new stay at home mom of two, in 2017 Kim Pridemore turned to an at home kickboxing program to help her lose the baby weight. 

She quickly fell in love with the program and the amazing results she achieved. Now she wants to help other women fight to achieve their health and fitness goals.

**Kim teaches Boot Camp, Step and Strength, and does Personal Training. 

She also is our Free Trial Orientation Coordinator **

 

Dawna Masteller became a member of Fit Chick Express in 2009. It has been a journey for her to reach her fitness goals. Along with that journey, she became passionate about partnering with women to reach their fitness potential. 

**Dawna teaches Cardio Kickboxing**

Keri Dunphy first came to Yoga as a way to manage stress during graduate school over 15 years ago, and has been practicing ever since!  She loves yoga’s accessibility and the many ways in which it can transform our bodies, hearts, and minds.

**Keri teaches Yoga and Boot Camp**

Janna Marmon is a certified REB3L Groove & REB3L Strength instructor. Ever since she was little, she has always loved dancing. She discovered REB3L in 2020 and was immediately hooked!

She loves working with women to help them grow their confidence and get in touch with their sexy side. She is passionate about building community, consistency vs. extremes and healthy baking.

**Janna teaches Reb3l Groove**

Anastasia DeJulio is an experienced massage therapist and personal trainer who recently expanded her expertise to include group fitness and yoga instruction.

She is passionate about helping women enhance their functionality and live their best lives through movement in all its forms.

Syd Haynes, PT, DPT, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, certified Pilates instructor, and holds a B.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics.

She’s passionate about making fitness accessible and empowering people to build strength, confidence, and ease in movement.

Her holistic approach blends Pilates, evidence-based PT strategies, and wellness coaching to support strength, mobility, and overall well-being.

Dot Voutiritsa is a certified yoga instructor and strength-focused movement teacher who loves helping women feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies.

With over a decade of teaching experience, she brings a thoughtful blend of yoga, functional strength, and encouragement to every class she leads.

Dot is the creator of *Yoga & Strength Fusion™, a signature class that pairs intentional yoga sequencing with bodyweight, resistance bands, and light dumbbells to build strength, mobility, and confidence.

Kim has had a passion for fitness for many years and previously spent time teaching group exercise and running her own training business.

After focusing on family and creative pursuits, she has remained active as a Fit Chick member and is excited to return to teaching.

Kim loves the energy and encouragement that comes from working out in a supportive community and enjoys helping women feel stronger, more confident, and capable at every stage of their fitness journey.
