Personalized Group Training is one area of specialty at our FCE Boot Camp classes. Enjoy the benefits of a personal trainer without the cost or prearranged appointments. Our certified trainers are present at each class to provide instruction on proper technique, execution of each exercise to prevent injury, and motivation so you get the most out of every workout.
Each workout in our personalized group training is unique, with a different daily focus to guarantee a well-rounded experience that addresses the entire body. Each class is 30 minutes in length with a mix of cardio, resistance training, core strength and stability, flexibility, and calisthenics. This high energy workout is geared toward ramping up your metabolism and is certain to increase strength and function. All progressions are explained to offer exercises that fit any fitness level. When completed 2-4 times a week, combined with our nutritional guidance and good lifestyle choices, our program is proven to have extraordinary effects on weight loss, muscle tone and development, and overall health and wellbeing.

Kelly Arthur How long have you been a member of Fit Chick Express and what brought you here? I have been a member of FCE for just shy of 1 year. I found FCE when the studio moved in across the street from where I practice yoga. Yoga is great, but I missed the camaraderie and motivation that comes with working out with others (talking seems to be discouraged in yoga). I still practice yoga, but it is fun to have the balance of both. What has been your greatest accomplishment since becoming a member of FCE? Coming to realize that I enjoy doing burpees. What keeps you motivated? What obstacles have you had to overcome? Since joining FCE and committing to a regular workout schedule I have noticed I sleep better, have more energy throughout the day, wake up for the 6 AM class without much resistance, and I am generally happier. All of this plus the people keep me motivated. What is your favorite part of FCE? Having someone else tell me what to do and the people! Haley Mesander How long have you been a member of Fit Chick Express and what brought you here? I’ve been a member at FCE for about 4 months. I found FCE when I was looking for a gym that offered high-intensity bootcamp classes, but the FCE community turned out to be nothing like a gym (which is incredibly refreshing!) What has been your greatest accomplishment since becoming a member of FCE? My greatest accomplishment has just been being more active. When I joined FCE, I barely exercised (just a walk with my dog in the neighborhood every day). Now I am either working out at FCE or biking most days of the week. What keeps you motivated? What obstacles have you had to overcome? I am motivated by the other fit chicks at FCE. They work HARD in class and many participate in athletic events outside of FCE even though they all have very busy lives like me. It’s inspiring! Nabeela Merali How long have you been a member of Fit Chick Express and what brought you here? I started my trial in April but officially since May. I’ve been asking Angie questions about FCE for two? years now. After having blood work done, realized I needed to make some serious changes with my health and FINALLY set up my free trial. I’ve been a member of so many gyms but after the first couple of months, stopped going because I always felt uncomfortable or judged. What has been your greatest accomplishment since becoming a member of FCE? This is the first workout routine that I’ve actually STUCK with for more than a few weeks and doing exercises that I never thought I would be able to do. What keeps you motivated? What obstacles have you had to overcome? The great thing about FCE is that everyone is there to support each other. Lisa Burgesser How long have you been a member of Fit Chick Express and what brought you here? I started at Fit Chick in February 2017 for my 2 weeks free and joined in March. I heard about Fit Chick from two people, Ann Noble, who I know from First Lutheran Church in Longmont, and Aimee Adams, who I know from the Mead High School concessions team. Both spoke very highly of the program and their enthusiasm made me want to try the 2 weeks free. I had noticed that, since I turned 50, my weight was increasing and my muscle tone was decreasing. I know that, if I want to continue to ski, paddleboard, kayak, etc. into my 70s and beyond, I need to work on my muscle tone, flexibility and balance. What has been your greatest accomplishment since becoming a member of FCE? Last year, I did not feel comfortable skiing with my kids. I felt that I could hurt myself if I fell.
