What Do I Need to Do?

  • Your ‘BEFORE’ photos must be taken the day you enter the Challenge. They must be from the Front, Side, and Rear View Pictures (In form fitting work out clothes to clearly outline your physique).  I will take these pictures for you at the measurement session the week of January 9th. Please come 30 minutes before the class begins.   
  • Your ‘AFTER’ photo will be taken by me at the completion session the week of April 9th 2010 at a TBA time and place. Front, Side, and Rear View Pictures (in form fitting clothes to clearly outline your physique) will again be taken.  
     
  • You must write a minimum 150-word essay about why you are entering the contest, struggles with health, fitness, and nutrition in the past, etc…. This must be submitted by email to angie@fitchickexpress.com.

  • For extra social support and compliance it is recommended that you post photos, your story, workouts, and nutrition logs on the private members only Fit Chick Express forums. Posting photos, story, diet, and workouts will dramatically increase your chances of succeeding with your fitness and fat loss goals. The influence of social support you will receive from other members in the challenge and other Fit Chicks.  The forums will give you additional support while you are making changes in your fitness goals.

  • You MUST be a member of Fit Chick Express to be entered in the contest.
  • The winners will be judged by other fitness professionals and an online voting will also take place.
